About Helian Polymers
Helian Polymers, the company behind PHAradox, has been active in biopolymers since its founding in 2007. It started as a sister company of masterbatch trading company Peter Holland BV (founded in 1974).
Under CEO Ruud Rouleaux' guidance Helian Polymers became an incubator of innovative projects, the most successful being colorFabb, now one of the leading 3D printing filament producers in the world.
After colorFabb was spun off as a separate company in 2015 the decision was made to merge Helian Polymers with Peter Holland and continue the combined business of masterbatches (color concentrates) and bioplastics under a single name and vision.
With nearly a decade-and-a-half of biopolymer experience and the focus on customer specific application development the decision was made to create a new brand which stands for high-quality tailor made application developments: PHAradox.
